Pascal Junghans comes back, in the Stand of this day, on the report delayed yesterday by Bernard Carayon: In Equal Weapon.
In this report, Bernard Carayon draws ways and means allowing to supplement the current public device of economic intelligence constructed in 3 years. This time, the deputy of the Tarn met 120 interlocutors, notably in Brussels, Berlin and Moscow.
The deputy - mayor of Lavaur is particularly interested in the influence of France in the production of international technical norms. Going even to the point of offering the creation of a devoted ministry (Ministry of economic development), which would absorb the current high representative de l' IE in France. Because, he specifies, the place of France is reduced dangeureusement in the authorities which prepare decisions of these worldwide forums.
Among other proposals, let us keep the creation of a Council of competitiveness and of economic security (CCSE) attached to the Presidency of the Republic.
But, if its previous report had seen some of its proposals becoming a reality (among whom the nommination of Alain Juillet), the nearness of the election days of 2007 let glide doubt over the future of this report which, however, well seems to extend started job 3 years ago.
To note that B. Carayon was on BFM on Wednesday, he expressed himself about Russia (mp3).
